Easy Essential Oils

As I sit here waiting for my flight, applying Tea Tree oil to my lip where I felt a cold sore coming up yesterday (it hasn’t materialised yet – I’m crediting the oils!) I thought I would share some of my other easy swaps!

My pencil case now carries pens, my trusty purple highlighter and a little collection of my go-to oils!

Lavender Touch: Skin care and sleep!  The touch range is already mixed with Fractionated Coconut Oil so safe to apply directly to your skin – lush.

Peppermint and Wild Orange: Energy boost in the morning! One to two drops in the palm of your hand along with equal parts Peppermint, rub palms together and inhale deeply from palms, then rub on the back of neck.  I also use wild orange for tooth whitening with my DoTERRA Onguard toothpaste.

Frankincense: Focus! I use this sometimes on is own, ideal for mediating, sometimes added to the Peppermint and Wild Orange as above before I start work!

Balance: Has to be up there as one of my favourite blends; Spruce, Ho Wood, Frankincense, Blue Tansy, and Blue Chamomile with Fractionated Coconut Oil – I use in my bed time skin care routine with Copaiba and Lavender, but also sometimes rubbed onto soles of my feet, easing anxiety and evoking feelings of tranquility and balance

Copaiba: A powerful antioxidant, I add this one to my night time skin care routine, this one also helps calm, soothe, and support the nervous system (lots of people credit this as better than CBD for their anxiety!)

They’re my basics, they come with me everywhere, but I will need a new pencil case soon!!

If you want to buy any of these, please do head over to my website, if you sign up for the wholesale account, you get 25% off RRP!

Any questions, get in touch! I’d love to chat.

Much love

  1. They all sound lovely. I think I heard yesterday that frankincense (if consumed) is good for reducing inflammation? I was driving at the time so was only half listening…but I might look into it. And I like the sound of the oil for the soles of the feet. Mine need a bit of pampering from time to time.
